The invention relates to an intelligent prestress regulation and control device and a cable force regulation and control method thereof.The floor is divided into a load-bearing area and a non-load-bearing area, the intelligent prestress regulation and control device comprises a corrugated pipe embedded in the floor and a steel strand penetrating through the corrugated pipe, and the part, located in the load-bearing area, of the steel strand is bent downwards; the part, located in the non-bearing area, of the steel strand is horizontally and linearly arranged, first clamps are installed at the two ends of the corrugated pipe, a hollow jack and a second clamp are sequentially arranged on the side, away from the corrugated pipe, of one first clamp, and the first clamps and the second clamp are used for clamping the steel strand. The hollow jack is used for pushing the first clamp and the second clamp to be away from each other and electrically connected with a controller, and the second clamp is provided with a detection assembly which is electrically connected with the controller. The floor slab has the effect that the situation that the floor slab cracks after being bent upwards is reduced.
