The invention discloses a railway bridge pier anti-collision structure which comprises a bridge pier body and further comprises an anti-collision device fixedly arranged on the bridge pier body, the anti-collision device comprises a fixing plate, a collision bearing plate, an upper sealing plate, a lower sealing plate and a damping mechanism, and the fixing plate is fixed to the periphery of the bridge pier body; the collision bearing plates are arranged on the periphery of the fixing plate at intervals, the upper sealing plate and the lower sealing plate are connected between the fixing plate and the collision bearing plates and located on the upper side and the lower side of the anti-collision device correspondingly, and the fixing plate, the collision bearing plates, the upper sealing plate and the lower sealing plate define a mounting cavity formed in the circumferential direction of the pier body. The damping mechanism is mounted in the mounting cavity; the shock absorption mechanism is installed in the installation cavity, when collision occurs, the shock absorption mechanism plays a role in shock absorption and dissipation, the counter force on a collided ship and the like is reduced, and damage to the collided ship is reduced while pier collision is prevented.
