Truss pile leg
The invention discloses a truss pile leg which comprises a plurality of pile leg units and middle units, the pile leg units can be stacked up and down to form an integral truss pile leg, and the middle units are correspondingly fixed between the upper and lower adjacent pile leg units; each pile leg unit is composed of three vertical chord members, the positions of the upper chord member and the lower chord member of each pile leg unit correspond to each other, and each chord member is further provided with two columns of vertical racks. And a middle rack corresponding to the vertical rack in position is arranged at the lateral position of the middle unit. After the upper and lower pile leg units are stacked, the upper and lower vertical racks and the middle rack are correspondingly mounted to form an integral rack structure; when the vertical racks on the upper pile leg unit and the lower pile leg unit have the machining precision problem, accurate matched installation of the vertical racks on the upper portion and the lower portion can be achieved by replacing middle racks with different thicknesses, different tooth spaces and different tooth body sizes; the structural arrangement is ingenious, and accurate assembly is achieved by arranging the middle unit.
本发明公开一种桁架桩腿,包括若干桩腿单元以及中间单元,所述的桩腿单元可上下叠放构成整体桁架桩腿,而所述的中间单元则相应固定在上下两个相邻的桩腿单元之间;所述的桩腿单元由三条竖向的弦杆构成,每一桩腿单元上下弦杆的位置对应,并且每一弦杆上还设置有两列竖向齿条;而中间单元的侧向位置处则设置有与竖向齿条位置对应的中间齿条。本发明中上下的桩腿单元叠放后,上下的竖向齿条与中间齿条对应安装构成整体齿条结构;而当上下桩腿单元上的竖向齿条出现加工精度问题时,可以通过更换不同厚度以及不同齿间距和齿体大小的中间齿条来实现与上下方的竖向齿条的精准配合安装;结构设置较为巧妙,通过设置中间单元来实现精准装配。
