The plugging assembly is formed by combining an air bag and a plugging wall, double insurance can be achieved, when a single plugging technology fails, the other technology can carry out bottom holding, the plugging wall is additionally arranged at the rear end of the air bag for plugging aiming at the defects that air bag plugging has damage risks and is not high in safety guarantee, and potential safety hazards of the air bag are eliminated; in order to overcome the defect that the blocking wall is not suitable for water-carrying operation, the air bag is added to the front end of the blocking wall for blocking, and good conditions can be provided for implementation of the blocking wall.
