A building structure and heat preservation integrated outer wall maintenance system relates to the technical field of building outer wall maintenance and comprises a climbing frame, a spraying device, a control system and a water supply main pipe. The at least three sets of spraying devices are sequentially arranged on the climbing frame in the height direction of the building, each spraying device comprises a spraying pipeline extending around the outer wall of the building and a plurality of sprayers arranged on the spraying pipeline, each wall face, with the width larger than 1000 mm, of the outer wall at least corresponds to one sprayer, and the multiple spraying pipelines are connected to a water supply main pipe through water supply branch pipes; the control system comprises valves arranged on the water supply branch pipes, humidity sensors used for detecting the humidity of the outer wall and a controller in signal connection with the valves and the humidity sensors. Water is automatically sprayed to the outer wall according to the humidity change condition of the outer wall to maintain the maintenance humidity, and compared with a traditional manual watering maintenance mode, the safety risk of manual outer wall maintenance is eliminated, the maintenance effect is guaranteed, and cracks of a heat preservation protection layer are reduced.
一种建筑结构、保温一体化外墙养护系统,涉及建筑外墙养护技术领域,所采用的技术方案包括爬架、喷淋装置、控制系统和供水主管;至少3套喷淋装置沿建筑高度方向依次设置在爬架上,喷淋装置包括围绕建筑外墙延伸的喷淋管道以及设置在喷淋管道上的多个喷头,外墙每个宽度大于1000 mm的墙面至少对应一个喷头,多条喷淋管道均通过供水支管连接到供水主管;控制系统包括设置在供水支管上的阀门、用于检测外墙湿度的湿度传感器以及与阀门、湿度传感器信号连接的控制器。本发明根据外墙湿度变化情况自动为外墙喷淋水分维持养护湿度,相比于传统的人工浇水养护方式,消除了人工进行外墙养护的安全风险,保障了养护效果,减少了保温保护层裂缝的产生。
