The invention discloses a fluid damping shock absorber for a towering chimney. The fluid damping shock absorber mainly solves the problems that an existing damper for shock absorption of the towering chimney is complex in structure and high in cost. The damping shock absorber comprises a cavity composed of a sealing upper end cover, a cylindrical shell and a sealing lower end cover, partition plates arranged in the cylindrical shell and used for dividing the cavity into multiple layers in the vertical direction, and a porous damping cylinder located in the cavity and coaxial with the cylindrical shell. Wherein the porous damping cylinder is connected with the cylindrical shell through a support; the cavity is filled with fluid, and the damping shock absorber achieves shock absorption of the chimney through shaking of the fluid in the damping shock absorber. The fluid damping vibration attenuation method is clear in principle, convenient to implement and good in vibration attenuation effect. Components adopted by the damper are simple in structure, easy to machine and low in use and maintenance cost. The method can be popularized and applied to cylindrical towering chimneys, and the use safety performance of the chimneys can be remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种高耸烟囱用流体阻尼减振器,主要解决现有用于高耸烟囱的减振的阻尼器结构复杂,成本较高的问题。该阻尼减振器包括由密封上端盖、圆筒形外壳和密封下端盖组成的空腔,设置于圆筒形外壳内部将空腔在竖直方向上分隔为多层的隔板,以及位于空腔内并与圆筒形外壳同中心轴设置的多孔阻尼筒;其中,所述多孔阻尼筒通过支撑与圆筒形外壳连接;所述空腔内填充有流体,所述阻尼减振器通过内部流体的晃动实现烟囱的减振。本发明所采用的流体阻尼减振方法原理清晰,便于实现,减振效果良好。且阻尼器所采用的部件结构简单,易于加工,使用维护成本较低。本发明可以在圆柱形高耸烟囱中推广应用,能够显著提高烟囱的使用安全性能。
