The invention discloses a track damping shock absorber. The track damping shock absorber is characterized by comprising a track, sleepers and railway ballasts, wherein a shock absorption device is arranged between each sleeper and the railway ballasts; the shock absorption device comprises shock absorption boards and shock absorbers; the shock absorption boards are arranged on force-bearing positions at the two sides of the sleepers; two shock absorbers are mounted in each shock absorption board and are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of each sleeper; each shock absorber is provided with a compression guide rod, a damping chamber and a compression chamber formed in the lower part of the damping chamber; the damping chamber is filled with air; a compression plate is arranged at the upper part of each damping chamber and is connected with each compression guide rod; an anti-leakage baffle is arranged between each damping chamber and each compression chamber; fluororubber seal rings are arranged on the surfaces, being in contact with the walls of the shock absorbers, of the anti-leakage baffles. Through the adoption of the track damping shock absorber, the shock absorption performance can be improved.
