Carbon curing cementing material, preparation method and application
The invention discloses a carbon-cured cementing material, a preparation method and application, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing 45-60wt% of waste concrete micro powder and 55-40wt% of carbide slag, grinding the waste concrete micro powder and the carbide slag into raw material powder, and then tabletting to obtain raw material sheets; (2) placing the raw material sheets prepared in the step (1) at the temperature of 1150-1250 DEG C, and calcining for 1-2 hours to obtain a blocky cementing material; and (3) grinding the blocky cementing material prepared in the step (2) until the specific surface area is 350-450m < 2 >/kg to obtain the carbon-cured cementing material. The carbon-cured cementing material provided by the invention cannot be hydrated and hardened, but can obtain excellent mechanical properties through short-term carbonization maintenance. The early strength is high, the later strength is continuously increased, and the mechanical property is slightly superior to that of ordinary Portland cement which is continuously hydrated in the later period and can have higher strength.
