The invention relates to a high-dosage phosphogypsum cementing material, a curing agent and a curing method. The ardealite cementing material is prepared from 45 to 70 parts of ardealite, 16.5 to 35 parts of slag, 3 to 25 parts of fly ash and 0.5 to 2 parts of slaked lime. The curing agent comprises an ardealite cementing material and cement, and the mass ratio of the ardealite cementing material to the cement is 7: 3-3: 7. According to the invention, the cementing material which is low in cost, safe, environment-friendly and excellent in performance is prepared on the basis of high-doping-amount phosphogypsum and industrial solid waste, and when the doping amount of phosphogypsum reaches 60%, the compressive strength of the obtained cementing material can reach 10 MPa or above. And when being used as a curing agent of sludge or soft soil, the curing agent can achieve a better curing effect compared with cement.
本发明涉及一种大掺量的磷石膏胶凝材料、固化剂及固化方法。磷石膏胶凝材料包括磷石膏45~70份、矿渣16.5~35份、粉煤灰3~25份、熟石灰0.5~2份。固化剂包含磷石膏胶凝材料以及水泥,其中磷石膏胶凝材料与水泥的质量比为7:3~3:7。本发明基于大掺量磷石膏和工业固废,制备低成本、安全环保且性能优良的胶凝材料,磷石膏的掺量达到60%时,所得胶凝材料本身的抗压强度可达到10MPa以上。用作淤泥或者软土的固化剂时,相比于水泥可达到更好的固化效果。
