The invention discloses a preparation method of a superfine expanding agent, which comprises the following steps: S01, stirring benzoic acid powder, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate powder, aluminum powder and alcohol according to a mass ratio of 1: 1.2: 2: 5 until the alcohol volatilizes until aluminum powder slurry becomes paste, thereby obtaining a paste product; s02, taking out a pasty product obtained by stirring in the stirring cylinder, pouring the pasty product into a baking tray, strickling, and controlling the temperature to be 36 DEG C or below; baking for 1.5 hours, turning up the pasty product in the baking tray, and baking for about 2 hours until the alcohol is completely volatilized to form a dried block; s03, crushing the blocky product dried in the step S02 to obtain a powdery product; and S04, mixing the powdery product with quick lime according to a mass ratio of 1: 1.5, uniformly stirring, and then screening by using a 200-mesh sieve. The invention aims to solve the problems of poor expansion capacity, incapability of effectively plugging near-borehole fracture rings and poor hole sealing effect when being used as a gas borehole sealing material in the prior art.
本发明公开了一种超细型膨胀剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S01、将苯甲酸粉末、十二烷基苯磺酸钠粉末、铝粉、酒精按照质量配比1:1.2:2:5搅拌,搅拌使酒精挥发直到铝粉浆液成为膏状才停止,获得膏状产物;S02、将搅拌缸内搅拌得到的膏状产物取出倒入烤盘并刮平,将控制温度在36摄氏度以下;烘烤1.5小时后将烤盘中的膏状产物翻起,再烤2小时左右,直到酒精全部挥发完成为烤干的块状;S03、将步骤S02中烤干的块状产物粉碎获得粉状产物;S04、将粉状产物与生石灰按质量配比1:1.5进行混合并搅拌均匀,然后经过200网目筛子筛分。以解决现有技术用于瓦斯钻孔封孔材料时,膨胀能力欠佳,不能有效封堵近钻孔裂隙圈,造成封孔效果不佳的问题。
