The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a superfine material waterproof coating, and belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste resources. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting industrial solid wastes; (2) homogenizing and aging the collected industrial solid waste, then removing iron, feeding the industrial solid waste into a crusher for crushing, metering and proportioning by a microcomputer, and feeding the industrial solid waste into a superfine ball mill for grinding to finally obtain superfine powder; and (3) mixing the obtained ultrafine powder with a waterproof coating emulsion and a nano inorganic gel modifier to obtain the waterproof coating. The spraying agent is applied to spraying of the surface of concrete. The raw materials such as the organic silicon base material, the polyvinyl alcohol, the calcium hypochlorite, the butyl glycidyl ether, the calcium carbonate and the methacrylic acid are innovatively introduced, the nano inorganic gel modifier is used in an auxiliary manner, the wear resistance and the waterproof performance are better than those in the prior art, and the significant difference is large.
