The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant phosphate bonded castable which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55-65% of white corundum powder, 25-35% of tabular corundum powder, 5-6% of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate powder, 2-5% of alumina powder and 0.25-1.25% of magnesia. An original formula is improved, white corundum and tabular corundum are used as base materials, the particle size distribution of main raw materials is improved, alumina powder is adopted to replace silica fume in the same proportion, magnesia is added, the adding amount of the alumina powder is controlled, and the working temperature is increased; and the limitation that the use temperature of the product is limited by a binding agent and can only work within 1200 DEG C is broken, the problem that the mechanical strength of the slag line position in the furnace is reduced due to over-temperature work is solved, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
