Preparation method of ceramic ball
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic ball, which comprises the following steps: mixing inorganic raw material powder and organic auxiliary materials, adding the mixture into a grinding machine, and grinding to obtain pre-prepared slurry; granulating the slurry by adopting a spray granulation process, quickly freezing at-5 DEG C to-45 DEG C, screening out particles with required particle sizes by virtue of a screening device for later use, and pressing and forming the particles in a dry press; carrying out burr treatment on the formed green body; the particles obtained after burr treatment are flatly laid on plastic films, then the plastic films cover the particles, and after air between the two layers of plastic films is exhausted, the particles are placed in a cold isostatic pressing machine; putting the treated green body into a sintering furnace; putting the pre-sintered green body into a hot isostatic press; and carrying out precision detection on the ground and polished semi-finished product. The prepared grinding medium ball is good in roundness and compactness; and the lapping process is added, so that the roundness and the roughness are more precise.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷球的制备方法,包括将无机原料粉体与有机辅料混合后,加入至研磨机中进行研磨操作后,得到预配浆料;将上述浆料采用喷雾造粒工艺造粒,在‑5℃~‑45℃中速冻,通过过筛装置筛选出需要粒径大小的颗粒备用,将上述颗粒放入干压机中压制成型;对上述成型后的坯体进行毛边处理;将毛边处理后的颗粒平铺在塑料膜上,再上覆塑料膜,将两层塑料膜中间的空气抽尽后,置于冷等静压机中;将上述处理完的坯体放入烧结炉中;将预烧结完的坯体放入热等静压机;磨抛完成的半成品进行精密检测。本发明制备的磨介球圆度和致密度都较好;且增加精研工序,使其圆整度和粗糙度更精密。
