The invention discloses a preparation method of a gradient anti-oxidation SiC/SiC composite material, and belongs to the field of aerospace material preparation processes. On the basis of preparing a SiC/SiC composite material by a traditional PIP process, a gradient ultra-high-temperature ceramic layer is prepared on the surface layer of the composite material by virtue of capillary action by locally introducing a low-viscosity ultra-high-temperature ceramic precursor, so that the problem of insufficient high-temperature oxidation environment performance of the traditional SiC/SiC composite material is solved; the mechanical strength, oxidation resistance and scouring resistance of the composite material at the temperature of 1400 DEG C or above are improved, and meanwhile, the gradient structure can retain the advantages of low density and high strength of the SiC/SiC composite material.
本发明公开一种梯度抗氧化SiC/SiC复合材料制备方法,属于航空航天材料制备工艺领域。在传统PIP工艺制备SiC/SiC复合材料的基础上,通过局部引入低粘度的超高温陶瓷前驱体,依靠毛细作用在复合材料表层制备一层梯度的超高温陶瓷层,克服传统SiC/SiC复合材料高温氧化环境性能不足的问题,提升复合材料在1400℃以上的力学强度和抗氧化耐冲刷性能,同时梯度结构能保留SiC/SiC复合材料低密度、高强度的优势。
