Water locking brick for building and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a water locking brick for building, which comprises a base layer, a permeable layer is arranged above the base layer, a skeleton is arranged between the permeable layer and the base layer, the skeleton comprises four bone nails, the tail ends of all the bone nails are connected into a whole, and the head ends of all the bone nails are respectively arranged at different corners of a regular triangular pyramid with the same structure. And water storage foaming balls are inserted into the bone nails extending into the permeable layer. The manufacturing method of the water-locking brick for the building comprises the following steps: casting a raw material for forming a base layer in a brick mold; scattering a plurality of frameworks on the upper end surface of the base layer; waiting for complete solidification of the base layer; a proper amount of water storage foaming balls are poured into the brick mold, and part of the water storage foaming balls are inserted into the bone nails which are not connected to the base layer; the brick mold is inverted, and redundant water storage foaming balls are poured out; resetting the brick mold; raw materials for forming the permeable layer are cast in the brick mold; and the permeable layer is completely solidified. The water locking brick can lock water which permeates through the water permeable layer, so that the water can be used for continuously wetting the earth surface; the manufacturing method is suitable for manufacturing the water locking brick in the technical scheme.
