The bridge anti-collision guardrail comprises a panel, the panel comprises a steel wire mesh and a composite material layer, the plate face, close to the outer side of a bridge, of the composite material layer is in a concave-convex shape, the steel wire mesh penetrates through the composite material layer in the width direction, and the steel wire mesh and the composite material layer integrally extend in the length direction and the height direction; the composite material and the steel wire mesh are integrally formed; the reinforced concrete layer is located on the side, close to the outer side of the bridge, of the face plate and is combined with the face plate in a concave-convex shape. In the embodiment of the invention, the panel is used for replacing reinforced concrete on the inner side of the bridge anti-collision guardrail, so that the appearance defect of the concrete on the surface of the inner side of the bridge anti-collision guardrail can be thoroughly avoided, the anti-permeability and chloride ion permeability resistance of the bridge anti-collision guardrail are improved, and an outer protective material does not need to be coated for protection.
