The overwater construction platform comprises an overwater construction platform body and pipe piles, the overwater construction platform body is fixed to the upper ends of the multiple pipe piles, the pipe piles are sleeved with buffering devices, an additional platform is fixed to the front side of the construction platform body, and an ice discharging mechanism is suspended below the additional platform. The ice discharging mechanism comprises a left wheel row structure and a right wheel plate structure, a plurality of roller blades are fixedly connected to the outer side of a roller of the right wheel row structure in the circumferential direction, a plurality of fixing shafts are fixed to the support and are sequentially arranged from the middle position of the front side of the additional platform to the rear side and the right side, and a second chain wheel is fixed to the lower end of a rotating shaft; the second chain wheel and the multiple first chain wheels form chain transmission, the rotating shaft is connected with a rammer structure through bevel gear transmission and belt transmission, so that ice flow is crushed, the crushed ice flow is divided to the left side and the right side, impact damage of the ice flow to the pipe pile is reduced, and the safety of an overwater construction platform is improved.
本发明公开一种可适应流冰撞击的桥梁加固用水上施工平台,包括水上施工平台主体、管桩,水上施工平台主体固定在若干个管桩的上端,管桩上套设有缓冲装置,施工平台主体前侧固定外加平台,外加平台下方悬吊排冰机构,排冰机构包括左侧轮排结构、右侧轮牌结构,右侧轮排结构的滚轮外侧沿着圆周方向固定连接有若干滚轮叶片,若干个固定轴固定在支架上,若干个固定轴从外加平台的前侧中间位置依次向后侧和右侧排列,转动轴下端固定第二链轮,第二链轮与若干个第一链轮形成链传动,转动轴通过锥齿轮传动和带传动连接夯锤结构,实现对流冰的破碎以及将破碎的流冰向左右侧分流,减小流冰对管桩的撞击损伤,提高水上施工平台的安全性。
