The invention relates to the technical field of recoverable structures, in particular to a function-recoverable full-dry type energy dissipation connection fabricated shear wall system and a construction method thereof.The shear wall system comprises a prefabricated combined shear wall body, prefabricated shear wall corner columns, prefabricated strip foundations, replaceable wall foot parts and replaceable prefabricated mild steel coupling beams, the prefabricated combined shear wall bodies with the included angles are connected through the prefabricated shear wall corner columns. Wherein the prefabricated combined shear wall body located on the bottommost layer is arranged on the prefabricated strip-shaped foundation; the replaceable wall foot parts are arranged between the prefabricated combined shear wall bodies adjacent in the vertical direction and/or between the prefabricated combined shear wall body on the bottommost layer and the prefabricated strip-shaped foundation. Based on the structure, when the wall body of the shear wall system is damaged under the action of a strong earthquake, the replaceable wall foot part and the replaceable prefabricated soft steel coupling beam can be replaced, so that the structure of the wall system can recover to the original function level after the earthquake.
