The mixture is quantitatively distributed to a mold, the mold is conveyed to a vibration conveying line, a steel wire mesh is placed in the mold while vibration conveying is conducted, finally, the mold is conveyed to a standing conveying line, and a heat preservation and sound insulation pad with the lower end face coated with an adhesion agent is placed on the upper forming face of the mold while standing conveying is conducted. The prefabricated slab is convenient to manufacture, and can effectively consider strength, heat preservation and sound insulation and prevent water leakage deformation and electric shock due to electric leakage.
