The prefabricated sound insulation floor slab structure comprises a concrete base layer, a sound insulation concrete layer A is fixed to the bottom of the concrete base layer, a sound insulation concrete layer B is fixed to the top of the concrete base layer, and a core plate is fixed to the middle in the concrete base layer; the part, corresponding to the concrete base, of the core plate is a waved plate and is evenly arranged in the width direction of the concrete base, connecting rods A are symmetrically fixed to the outer side of the side wall, corresponding to the width direction of the concrete base, of the core plate, and connecting rods B are symmetrically fixed to the outer side of the side wall, corresponding to the length direction of the concrete base, of the core plate. According to the prefabricated sound insulation floor slab structure, the sound insulation concrete layer A and the sound insulation concrete layer B are arranged at the bottom and the top of the concrete base layer correspondingly, effective sound insulation is achieved, the connection strength between the sound insulation concrete and the concrete base layer can be guaranteed, and falling or separation is effectively avoided; and the strength of the sound insulation concrete is enough for the connection strength with other media during subsequent decoration construction.
本发明公开了一种预制的隔音楼板结构,包括混凝土基层,混凝土基层底部固定有隔音混凝土层A,混凝土基层顶部固定有隔音混凝土层B,混凝土基层内中部固定有芯板,芯板对应于混凝土基层部分为波浪板、沿着混凝土基层宽度方向均匀设置,芯板对应于混凝土基层宽度方向侧壁的外侧分别对称固定有连接杆A,芯板对应于混凝土基层长度方向侧壁的外侧分别对称固定有连接杆B。从上述结构可知,本发明的预制的隔音楼板结构,通过在混凝土基层底部和顶部分别设置隔音混凝土层A和隔音混凝土层B,起到有效隔音,隔音混凝土能够保证与混凝土基层的连接强度,有效避免脱落或分离,而且隔音混凝土的强度也足够后续装修施工时与其它介质的连接强度。
