High-strength building concrete prestressed beam and construction method thereof
The invention provides a high-strength building concrete prestressed beam. The high-strength building concrete prestressed beam comprises a plurality of main beam units. A first side frame is mounted on one side of each main beam unit, and a first connecting frame and a clamping plate are mounted on each first side frame; a second side frame is mounted on the other side of the main beam unit, and a second connecting frame and an inserting rod are mounted on the second side frame; the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame as well as the clamping plate and the inserting rod are matched in an inserting manner; meanwhile, a first connecting column is installed at one end of each main beam unit, positioning rods are installed on the periphery of each first connecting column, a second connecting column is installed at the other end of each main beam unit, an inner groove is formed in each second connecting column, and a positioning groove is formed in the peripheral wall of each inner groove; and the first connecting column and the second connecting column as well as the positioning rod and the positioning groove are matched in an inserting manner. The invention further provides a construction method of the prestressed beam. According to the invention, the main beam unit with a smaller volume is manufactured in advance, and the main beam unit is transported to a construction site to be assembled during use, so that the applicability of the concrete prestressed beam is improved.
