Prestressed fabricated concrete beam-column joint and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a prestressed fabricated concrete beam-column joint and a construction method thereof. The prestressed fabricated concrete beam-column joint comprises a reinforced concrete column, a prefabricated prestressed beam and a prestressed steel strand, the two ends of each prestressed steel strand extend out of the prefabricated prestressed beam, the part, located on the lower portion of the prefabricated prestressed beam, of each prestressed steel strand is bent by 90 degrees and then anchored in the beam-column joint in a bent anchoring mode, and the rest prestressed steel strands located on the upper portion and the lower portion of the prefabricated prestressed beam are not bent. Performing post-tensioning on the extending part by means of an anchorage device and an anchor bearing plate through a post-tensioning method so as to apply prestress to concrete in a beam-column joint area; a pre-tensioning method and a post-tensioning method are combined on the same steel strand, cast-in-place high-performance concrete is adopted in a node area, the ductility, shear resistance and crack resistance of the node and the anchoring performance on rib materials are enhanced, the construction method is simple and efficient, the performance of the node is reliable, and the anti-seismic performance of the frame node can be remarkably improved.
本发明涉及一种预应力装配式混凝土梁柱节点及其施工方法,包括:钢筋混凝土柱、预制预应力梁、预应力钢绞线;预应力钢绞线的两端从预制预应力梁中伸出,其中:位于预制预应力梁下部的部分预应力钢绞线90°弯折后通过弯折锚固的方式锚固于梁柱节点中,其余位于预制预应力梁的上部和下部的预应力钢绞线不弯折,通过后张法借助锚具和锚垫板对伸出部分进行后张拉以实现对梁柱节点区混凝土施加预应力;本发明在同一根钢绞线上将先张法与后张法相结合,节点区采用现浇高性能混凝土,增强了节点的延性、抗剪能力、抗裂能力和对筋材的锚固性能,施工方法简单、高效,节点性能可靠,可显著提高框架节点的抗震性能。
