Aluminum formwork climbing frame
The invention provides an aluminum formwork climbing frame. The aluminum formwork climbing frame comprises an aluminum formwork climbing frame body, a square plate placed on the aluminum formwork climbing frame body and a shell arranged on one side of the square plate. A first connecting piece, a first rotating block, a sleeve, a movable disc, a long rod, a first spring, a second rotating block, a second connecting block and a cylinder are arranged in an inner cavity of the square plate, and the top of the cylinder is fixedly connected with a pedal at the top of the square plate. A fixing block, a threaded rod, a threaded block, a guide rod, a guide block, a push rod and a protruding block are arranged in an inner cavity of the shell, and a lifting plate is connected to the top of the protruding block. Through cooperation of the first connecting piece, the first rotating block, the sleeve, the movable disc and other structures, the damping effect on the pedal is achieved; and through cooperation of structures such as a fixing block, a threaded rod, a guide rod, a push rod and a convex block, the height of the lifting plate can be adjusted, so that the lifting plate can be suitable for constructors of different heights, the personal safety of the constructors is improved, and the practicability of the aluminum formwork climbing frame is improved.
本发明涉提供了一种铝模爬架,包括铝模爬架本体、放置在铝模爬架本体上的方形板以及布置在方形板一侧的壳体;所述方形板的内腔中设有连接件一、转动块一、套筒、活动圆盘、长杆、弹簧一、转动块二、连接块二和圆柱,圆柱顶部与方形板顶部的脚踏板固定相连;所述壳体的内腔设有固定块、螺纹杆、螺纹块、导向杆、导向块、推动杆、凸块,凸块顶部连接有升降板。本发明通过连接件一、转动块一、套筒、活动圆盘等结构的配合,起到了对脚踏板进行减震的作用;通过固定块、螺纹杆、导向杆、推动杆、凸块等结构的配合,可以对升降板的高度进行调节,使其可以适用于不同身高的施工人员,不仅提高了施工人员的人身安全,而且提高了铝模爬架的实用性。
