Aluminum alloy formwork and climbing frame matched construction method
The invention discloses an aluminum alloy formwork and climbing frame matched construction method. The method includes that a climbing frame is adopted for constructing a building exterior wall, and aluminum alloy formworks are adopted for formwork erecting and pouring of the building exterior wall; when being demounted, the aluminum alloy formworks are flatwise laid on a scaffold plate of the climbing frame according to an assembling sequence; when the climbing frame ascends, the aluminum alloy formworks are transported to a previous operation layer vertically, and then mounting construction of the aluminum alloy formworks on the previous layer is performed. Through ascending of the climbing frame, the aluminum alloy exterior wall formworks can be transported to an operation face on the previous layer vertically, so that manual transportation quantity is reduced, convenience is brought to construction, labor force can be saved, and construction progress can be accelerated. In the process of formwork demounting on a lower layer, the aluminum alloy formworks are stacked on the climbing frame according to the assembling sequence, so that when the formworks on the upper layer are mounted, the aluminum alloy formworks can be directly picked up for assembling, and construction is simple, convenient and efficient.
