The invention discloses a retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement pre-installation method which comprises the following steps: A, firstly carrying out platform support construction according to site conditions, and then carrying out frame beam main reinforcement construction firstly and frame beam stirrup construction firstly; b, steel bars with the diameter being 10 mm are welded to frame beam stirrups constructed firstly according to the laying curve elevation of the retard-bonded prestressed steel bars; c, mounting the retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement on the mounting round cage, and moving the retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement on the platform support by using the mounting round cage. According to the construction method, firstly-constructed frame beam main reinforcements, firstly-constructed frame beam stirrups, retard-bonded prestressed reinforcements, phi 10mm reinforcements, later-constructed frame beam main reinforcements, later-constructed frame beam stirrups, frame beam side molds, a mounting round cage and a platform support are arranged, so that damage to retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement sheath rib grooves can be effectively avoided; the bonding anchoring performance of the retard-bonded prestressed reinforcement is guaranteed, construction and inspection are convenient, the working efficiency is effectively improved, and then the construction cost is reduced.
