一种适用于管幕冻结法的喷射混凝土结构,隧道开挖面外围均布设置有一层冻土圈,且冻土圈内均布嵌设有若干沿隧道方向布置的钢管而构成钢管管幕,冻土圈内侧面上依次设有钢拱架、喷射混凝土以及钢筋挂网;所述喷射混凝土中各组分组成为:水泥335~441kg,沸石粉70~84kg,水151~187kg,砂797~904,陶粒797~951kg,减水剂5.87~7.27kg;上述减水剂为广州滴天鑫建材科技有限公司生产的DXTR‑9型聚羧酸高性能减水剂。本发明混凝土具有低水化热、保温特点以及能增加混凝土的结构黏度,防止冻结圈出现漏水现象,同时降低工程成本。
