Embedded carbon-ceramic brake disc and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an embedded type carbon ceramic brake disc which comprises a composite disc body and a silicon carbide column, the composite disc body is a carbon-carbon composite material which is obtained by densifying a carbon fiber preform and composed of deposited carbon and carbon fibers, and a plurality of embedding holes are formed in the disc face of the composite disc body; the silicon carbide columns are embedded into the embedding holes through graphite columns, and molten silicon permeates into the composite disc body under the vacuum high-temperature condition and reacts with the graphite columns to generate the silicon carbide columns; meanwhile, the molten silicon reacts with the deposited carbon to generate silicon carbide, and a carbon ceramic material composed of the carbon fibers, the silicon carbide, the remaining silicon and the remaining graphite is formed on the disc face of the composite disc body.
