Carbon ceramic brake disc and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a carbon ceramic brake disc and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) dispersing carbon fibers to prepare a three-dimensional needling brake disc preform; spraying a curing liquid on the three-dimensional needled brake disc preform for curing, and performing carbonization treatment to obtain a carbon/carbon composite material; b) putting the carbon/carbon composite material obtained in the step a) into a deposition furnace containing a liquid precursor, and carrying out chemical liquid vapor deposition to obtain a silicon-aluminum modified carbon-ceramic composite material; and finally, machining to obtain the carbon-ceramic brake disc. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that specific raw materials are matched with specific process steps, the overall better interaction is realized, and the prepared carbon-ceramic brake disc is better in mechanical properties (bending strength and elastic modulus), high in thermal conductivity and small in wear rate.
本发明提供了一种碳陶刹车盘及其制备方法;该制备方法包括以下步骤:a)将碳纤维丝分散后制成三维针刺刹车盘预制体;将固化液喷淋在上述三维针刺刹车盘预制体上进行固化,再经碳化处理,得到碳/碳复合材料;b)将步骤a)得到的碳/碳复合材料放进盛有液态前驱体的沉积炉内,进行化学液气相沉积,得到硅铝改性的碳陶复合材料;最后经机械加工,得到碳陶刹车盘。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的制备方法采用特定原料配合特定工艺步骤,实现整体较好相互作用,制备得到的碳陶刹车盘力学性能(抗弯强度和弹性模量)较好,导热率高,且刹车盘磨损率小。
