The preparation method of the foam modified asphalt warm-mixing mixture comprises the following steps: adding Fischer-Tropsch wax and polyether modified silicone oil into heated asphalt fluid to obtain an intermediate mixture, shearing the intermediate mixture, foaming, and mixing with aggregate to finally obtain the foam modified asphalt warm-mixing mixture. The foam modified asphalt warm mix mixture provided by the invention is uniform in foam foaming and excellent in quality, and the compaction degree and the water stability are remarkably improved.
