The invention relates to the technical field of building materials and solid waste resource utilization, in particular to self-leveling dry-mixed mortar prepared from mine tailings and fluorgypsum and a preparation method thereof.The self-leveling dry-mixed mortar is prepared from, by weight, 40%-60% of tailings, 20%-30% of fluorgypsum, 10%-15% of fly ash and 5%-10% of cement clinker; 5%-10% of mineral powder and 0.2%-0.4% of an efficient water reducing agent. Cement is mostly adopted as a cementing material of the dry-mixed mortar, river sand is mostly adopted as an aggregate, tailings are adopted as the aggregate, and fluorgypsum is adopted as the cementing material, so that the cost can be greatly reduced; the mine tailings are ground through a ball mill, the granularity is very fine, the suspension property is very good, the fluorgypsum has very good sensitivity to a water reducing agent, and the mortar prepared from the tailings and the fluorgypsum has very good fluidity and water-retaining property, so that self-leveling can be easily realized under the condition of no bleeding.
本发明涉及建筑材料和固体废物资源化利用技术领域,具体的说是一种使用矿山尾砂和氟石膏制备的自流平干混砂浆及其制备方法,所述自流平干混砂浆包括以下重量组分:尾砂40%‑60%,氟石膏20%‑30%,粉煤灰10%‑15%,水泥熟料5%‑10%,矿粉5%‑10%,高效减水剂0.2%‑0.4%。干混砂浆的胶凝材料大多采用水泥,骨料大多采用河砂,改用尾砂做骨料,氟石膏做胶凝材料,成本可大大降低;矿山尾砂经过球磨机粉磨,粒度很细,悬浮性很好,氟石膏对减水剂有很好的敏感性,利用尾砂和氟石膏制备的砂浆具有很好的流动性和保水性,在不泌水的条件下能够很容易实现自流平。
