The invention relates to a variable cross-section special-shaped cable tower pulling-supporting combined temporary consolidation tower column construction method, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a tower side hoop at the upper part of a pre-cast tower section, and arranging a tower side supporting frame and a first counter weight at the inclined template side; a second balance weight is arranged on the side, facing the cast-in-place tower section, of the supporting platform of the bottom support; the positions of the stiff framework and the cable bent tower reinforcement cage are controlled by comprehensively adopting the framework position control bolts, the framework tie bars and the bar top positioning bodies; a formwork position adjusting plate and a formwork position correcting bolt are arranged on the side of the inclined formwork, and the position of the inclined formwork is controlled by comprehensively adopting the formwork position correcting bolt and a telescopic supporting rod; a third counter weight and a formwork inner supporting rib are arranged on the inclined formwork side, and the third counter weight is combined with the tension of a tension rope; and when the first pouring pipe and the second pouring pipe are sequentially adopted for concrete pouring construction of the post-pouring tower section, the height of the partition inserting plate is controlled through the lifting bolt. The positioning precision of the post-pouring section formwork is improved, and the stability of the supporting structure is enhanced.
