Demolition and construction integrated dismantling method for concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge
The invention relates to a demolition and construction integrated demolition method for a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. The demolition and construction integrated demolition method comprises the steps that A, an arch rib is pulled through a cable-stayed B, midspan breaking; c, the suspender is dismantled; d, dismantling the arch ribs; e, a main arch ring is newly built, a cable crane and a cable buckling system used for bridge dismantling are reserved, and the cable crane and cable buckling system is adopted for replacing the main arch ring with a new main arch ring; and F, sequentially completing installation of a main arch ring, a bridge deck system, suspenders and cross beams, replacing the bridge deck, completing construction of the main arch ring and the suspenders, and completing new construction of the bridge. In the cable hoisting and dismantling scheme, the cable hoisting system can be used for installation during dismantling of the bridge deck system, the cable system can be used for dismantling of the building on the arch and the arch ring, and meanwhile, if the newly-built bridge adopts a mode beneficial to hoisting, the cable hoisting can be used for construction. And the cost and the construction period are greatly saved.
本发明涉及一种钢管混凝土拱桥拆建一体化拆除方法,其包括步骤:A、利用斜拉扣索拉住拱肋;B、跨中打断;C、拆除吊杆;D、拆除拱肋;E、新建主拱圈,保留桥梁拆除使用的缆索吊,扣索系统,采用缆索吊扣索系统更换新的主拱圈;F、依次完成主拱圈、桥面系、吊杆、横梁安装、更换桥面,主拱圈和吊杆施工完成,完成桥梁新建。缆索吊装拆除方案中,缆索吊系统在进行桥面系拆除期间即进行安装,拱上建筑和拱圈拆除均可用到缆索系统,同时,新建桥若采用利于吊装的形式,亦可利用缆索吊进行施工。极大的节约了成本和工期。
