The invention relates to an in-ground pressure control system. Comprising a drilling machine, a drilling tool, a grouting module and a slurry pumping module, the grouting module comprises a slurry spraying opening, an orifice sealer, a drilling tool fluid director, a grouting pipe and a grouting pump; the slurry pumping module comprises a slurry pumping opening, an orifice sealer, a slurry pumping valve, a negative pressure pump, a drilling tool slurry pumping valve, a slurry pumping pipe and a slurry box; and the orifice sealer is sleeved on the drilling tool and is positioned at the junction of the drilling tool and the orifice. According to the in-ground pressure control system, in the jet grouting construction process, the in-ground pressure can be reasonably adjusted, winding of a drilling tool on the surrounding hole wall during working is reduced, control over the pile diameter is facilitated, and the effect quality of the jet grouting construction operation is improved. Furthermore, according to the underground pressure control system provided by the invention, due to the arrangement of an orifice sealer and a drilling tool sealer, the drilling tool can be transversely arranged, obliquely arranged or vertically arranged.
