The invention provides a jet grouting body pressure control method which comprises the steps that the top elevation H and the pressure control height L of a jet grouting pile are determined, a slurry outlet pipe of a stop-grouting plug is introduced into a temporary slurry storage container with the elevation larger than L + H, and the outlet elevation of the slurry outlet pipe is L + H; a waste slurry discharge pipe is arranged at the lower part of the temporary slurry storage container, and waste slurry is discharged into a waste slurry container; and the pressure control height L is adjusted, so that effective slurry in the consolidation range does not flow out when the jet grouting pile is implemented. The problem that slurry flows out during upward inclined jet grouting is ingeniously solved, the jet grouting technology can be applied to the field of horizontal and upward jet grouting operation and is particularly important for consolidation of broken rock masses and soil layers under tunnels and other special conditions, the application range of the jet grouting technology is greatly expanded, and the application range of the jet grouting technology is widened. More importantly, the pressure of the rotary spraying body can be stably and accurately controlled and adjusted; the method is high in controllability, small in risk, convenient to implement and low in implementation cost, and the quality of the implemented rotary spraying structure is good.
