The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundations, and discloses a cast-in-place pile casing device, a cast-in-place pile and a construction method.The cast-in-place pile casing device comprises a plurality of casing units, a plurality of connecting rings and limiting snap springs, and each casing unit is provided with more than three arc plate bodies; the multiple arc plate bodies are connected end to end around the axis of the pile casing unit in the circumferential direction to form a cylinder in an enclosing mode, the limiting clamp springs are arranged to be clamped on the inner sides of the multiple arc plate bodies and used for keeping the multiple arc plate bodies to be cylindrical, and when the limiting clamp springs are disengaged from the inner sides of the arc plate bodies, the arc plate bodies can be dislocated and separated in the radial direction. The pile casing unit designed by the invention comprises a plurality of arc plate bodies which are circumferentially distributed and surround to form a cylinder, connecting rings are mounted at two ends of the arc plate bodies, and limiting clamp springs are mounted on the inner side of the arc plate bodies, so that the pile casing unit can be structurally and stably inserted into a soil layer, and after a hole is drilled, the limiting clamp springs can release the support of the arc plate bodies from the inner side, and the arc plate bodies move towards the inner side; and the arc plate body is separated from the soil layer and can be pulled out more easily.
