Multi-layer earthwork combined excavation construction method
The invention relates to a multi-layer earthwork combined excavation construction method which comprises the following steps: excavating earthwork in an edge area of a first layer, upturning to a central area of the first layer so as to expose a foundation pit wall of the first layer, and carrying out anchor cable construction of the first layer at the position of the foundation pit wall of the first layer; excavating earthwork in the edge area of the next layer and turning the earthwork upwards to the central area of the top layer so as to expose the foundation pit wall of the next layer, performing anchor cable construction of the next layer at the foundation pit wall of the next layer, enabling the earthwork in the central area formed by excavation to be in a step shape, and repeating the step until the earthwork excavation construction of the whole foundation pit is completed; in the construction process, during the period that the earthwork can be transported outwards, the earthwork accumulated in the center area of the top layer is transported outwards, and after the earthwork in the center area of the top layer is transported, the earthwork in the center area of the top layer is excavated and transported outwards. The problem of shutdown caused by the fact that earthwork cannot be transported outwards is solved, and it is guaranteed that the construction progress is not delayed.
本发明涉及一种多层土方组合开挖施工方法,包括:开挖第一层的边缘区域的土方并上翻至第一层的中心区域,以露出第一层的基坑壁,并于第一层的基坑壁处进行第一层的锚索施工;开挖下一层的边缘区域的土方并上翻至位于顶层的中心区域,以露出下一层的基坑壁,于该下一层的基坑壁处进行下一层的锚索施工,并使开挖形成的中心区域的土方呈台阶状,重复该步骤直至完成整个基坑的土方开挖施工;在施工过程中,于能够土方外运的期间,将堆积于位于顶层的中心区域的土方外运,在位于顶层的中心区域的土方运输完成后,开挖顶层的中心区域的土方并外运。本发明避免了因无法外运土方而导致停工的问题,保障了施工进度不耽延。
