Construction method for dismantling reinforced concrete longitudinal cofferdam through rope saw cutting machine
The invention discloses a construction method for dismantling a reinforced concrete longitudinal cofferdam by using a wire saw cutting machine. The reinforced concrete longitudinal cofferdam is dismantled and divided into an overwater part and an underwater part; the overwater part is cut firstly, and then the underwater part is cut after the concrete unit to be cut is hoisted; the longitudinal cofferdam concrete structure is divided into a plurality of concrete units according to the size of the longitudinal cofferdam concrete structure, and each concrete unit is composed of a longitudinal joint and a transverse joint. Cutting is conducted along the parting line, a transverse seam is cut firstly, and then a longitudinal seam is cut; after the concrete units on the water are cut, steel wire ropes penetrate through the hoisting holes, and the cut concrete units are hoisted by a crane and loaded and transported. After the underwater part is cut, an upstream cofferdam and a downstream cofferdam of a second-stage project are dismantled, and water enters the foundation pit; and finally loading and transporting by using a crane or shipping by using a floating crane according to the water depth condition in the foundation pit. The phenomena that cut concrete units fall into water, operation of a gate is affected, and a river channel is blocked are effectively avoided; the construction process is simplified, the construction progress is accelerated, and the project investment is saved.
本发明公开了一种利用绳锯切割机拆除钢筋砼纵向围堰的施工方法,将钢筋砼纵向围堰拆除分为水上和水下两部分;先进行水上部分切割,待切割的砼单元吊装完成后再时行水下部分切割;根据纵向围堰砼结构尺寸大小划分为若干砼单元,每个砼单元由纵缝和横缝组成;沿着分缝线进行切割,先切横缝,后切纵缝;水上部分砼单元切割完成后,通过吊装孔穿钢丝绳,采用吊车起吊切割的砼单元,装车运输。水下部分切割完成后,进行二期工程上游围堰和下游围堰拆除,基坑进水;最后根据基坑内水深情况采用吊车装车运输或浮吊装船运输;有效避免了因切割的砼单元落入水中、影响闸门的运行、堵塞河道现象发生;简化了施工工序,加快了施工进度,节约了工程投资。
