The invention discloses a self-monitoring shock insulation support which comprises a shock insulation support body, a displacement sensor module and a monitoring module, the shock insulation support body is provided with a first fixing part, a second fixing part and a deformation part extending in the first direction, and the displacement sensor module comprises a displacement sensor arranged outside the deformation part. The displacement sensor is connected with the first fixing part and/or the second fixing part, when the deformation part deforms, data of the displacement sensor is correspondingly changed, and the monitoring module is connected with the displacement sensor module and used for monitoring the data of the displacement sensor. And the monitoring module is used for carrying out one or more operations of acquisition, processing, storage and output on the data of the displacement sensor. The self-monitoring shock insulation support can accurately feed back the displacement and the vertical load of the shock insulation support body, is reliable in monitoring, convenient to install and excellent in durability, and can more easily realize calibration of the sensor, maintenance of a monitoring system, replacement of the sensor and the like.
