The invention discloses a passive thermal insulation structure for building construction and a construction method thereof.The passive thermal insulation structure comprises a base layer wall, alkali-resisting gridding cloth is arranged at the front end of the base layer wall, an adhesive is arranged at the front end of the alkali-resisting gridding cloth, a thermal insulation outer wall is arranged at the front end of the adhesive, and glass gridding cloth is arranged at the front end of the thermal insulation outer wall; a mortar composite layer is arranged at the front end of the glass gridding cloth, and rock wool is arranged at the front end of the mortar composite layer. A base layer wall is built by pouring concrete through a user, then alkali-resisting gridding cloth is laid at the front end of the base layer wall, then the surface of the alkali-resisting gridding cloth is coated with an adhesive so that the alkali-resisting gridding cloth and the base layer wall can be firmly bonded, then reinforcing steel bars are built at the front end of the alkali-resisting gridding cloth, and the reinforcing steel bars are fastened in a segmented mode through fastening nets.
