The invention discloses a non-avoidance servo drive type three-dimensional parking movement device which comprises a steel structure parking garage, a vehicle carrying frame, a vehicle carrying plate, a horizontal servo feeding system and a vertical lifting servo feeding system. The steel structure parking garage adopts the layout of one elevator and two households of a storey building, a vertical carrying channel is arranged in the middle, parking garage bodies are arranged on the two sides, a vehicle carrying frame is arranged in the steel structure parking garage, each parking space is provided with an independent vehicle carrying plate, a vehicle is placed on the vehicle carrying plate, and the vehicle is moved into and out of the vehicle carrying frame through a horizontal servo feeding system. A modular design is adopted in the steel structure parking garage of the moving device, namely, parking spaces are mutually independent, other vehicles do not need to be moved (avoiding is not needed) when the vehicles are parked and picked up, the positions of the vehicles are fixed after the vehicles are parked, and the vehicle parking and picking-up efficiency is greatly improved. Accurate control over the vehicle parking and taking process is achieved, and parking intellectualization is easy to achieve.
本发明公开了一种无避让伺服驱动式立体停车运动装置,包括:钢结构停车库、载车框架、载车板、水平伺服进给系统和垂直升降伺服进给系统;钢结构停车库采用层建筑楼房一梯两户的布局,中间为垂直运载通道,两侧为停车库,载车框架设置在钢结构停车库中,每一个停车位设置一个单独的载车板,车辆放置在载车板上,通过水平伺服进给系统移动车辆进出载车框架,垂直升降伺服进给系统移动载车框架的升降,该运动装置的钢结构停车库内采用模块化设计,即停车位相互独立,存取车辆时不需要挪动其他车辆(无需避让),车辆存入后位置固定不变,大幅提高存取车效率,本发明应用了数字化控制技术,实现了车辆存取过程的精准控制,易于实现停车智能化。
