The pile body forming method comprises the steps that the charge level depth in a pile hole formed through construction before stone is put in is obtained; stone is put into the pile hole subjected to charge level depth measurement, and a section of loose pile body is formed; the charge level depth of the formed loose pile body is measured and calculated, and the average filling amount of the loose pile body per linear meter is calculated according to the obtained height difference of the charge level depth before and after stone feeding; carrying out vibroflotation densification construction on the loose pile body to form a dense pile body; calculating the average pile diameter per linear meter of the dense pile body by using the average filling amount and the density coefficient; and the vibro-replacement parameters of the vibro-replacement gravel pile machine are adjusted according to the comparison result of the average pile diameter of the dense pile bodies and the preset pile diameter, so that the dense pile bodies meeting the pile diameter requirement are formed. According to the method, the vibro-replacement gravel pile body with the uniform and continuous pile diameter can be formed, and the problems that the vibro-replacement gravel pile body formed through vibro-replacement construction in stratums such as medium-coarse sand layers and high-incidence zones of strong earthquakes is poor in continuity and prone to being broken or staggered in the strong earthquake state in the field are solved.
本发明公开一种振冲碎石桩机施工中的桩体形成方法,包括:获取施工形成的桩孔内在未投放石料前的料面深度;将石料投放到已进行料面深度测量后的桩孔内,形成一段松散桩体;对所形成的松散桩体的料面深度进行测量计算,并利用获得的投放石料前后料面深度的高度差计算每延米松散桩体的平均填料量;对松散桩体进行振冲加密施工,形成密实桩体;利用平均填料量和密实系数,计算出密实桩体每延米的平均桩径;根据密实桩体的平均桩径与预设桩径的比较结果调节振冲碎石桩机的振冲参数,以形成符合桩径要求的密实桩体。本发明的方法,能形成桩径均匀且连续的振冲碎石桩体,解决了本领域在中粗砂层等地层且强震高发地带进行振冲施工形成的振冲碎石桩体连续性差、在强震状态下易错断或错开的难题。
