Shoe and clothing waste hybrid reinforced and toughened cement mortar material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a shoe and clothing waste hybrid reinforced and toughened cement mortar material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, waste sole materials containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) foam midsoles and polyurethane elastomer outsoles are added into solid-phase shearing and grinding equipment, and strong mechanical shearing force is applied; superfine grinding and mechanochemical decrosslinking are realized, so that good dispersity and surface activity are achieved; and then uniformly mixing the mixture with cotton-polyester blended fabric fibers subjected to mechanical opening and activation with raw materials such as Portland cement and river sand to prepare the shoe and clothing waste hybrid reinforcing and toughening cement mortar material. According to the invention, shoe and clothing wastes which are difficult to recover and separate are upgraded and recovered and are applied to the cement-based composite material, so that low-carbon recycling of the product is realized. The compressive strength of the obtained cement-based material is improved by 63%, and the breaking strength is improved by 49%.
