Toughened cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to toughened cement mortar and a preparation method thereof. The toughened cement mortar comprises cement, diatomite, water, a polyurethane solution, an epoxy resin emulsion, modified silicon dioxide nanotubes, a toughening agent stearoyl chloride, lignin sulfonate, acrylate, a solubilizer and a water reducing agent. The chemically modified silicon oxide nanotube can be fully dispersed in a concrete system through surface carboxylation, so that the synergistic effect of different toughening materials can be better exerted. The polyurethane solution, the epoxy resin emulsion, the modified silicon dioxide nanotube, the toughening agent stearoyl chloride, the sulfonated lignin and the acrylate are effectively combined to form a unique composite toughening system. After grouting, the high strength is achieved, the strength of 40 MPa or above can be obtained, the good toughness and crack resistance are achieved, and the later-period maintenance cost of a project is effectively reduced.
