The invention provides a tape-casting functional gradient material and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a plurality of slurries according to a system of the functional gradient material, and carrying out vacuum defoaming on the prepared slurries; s2, according to the component gradient and the casting speed of the prepared material, several flow periodic functions of slurry changing along with time are set, the flow speed of the slurry is controlled through a flow controller, the slurry flows into a mixer to be mixed, and then the slurry enters a casting machine material box through the mixer; s3, the casting machine works, in the casting process, a casting sheet produced in one flow change period corresponds to one sample, and marking is conducted on the casting sheet every one period; and S4, sequentially stacking the prepared cast sheets of each period according to the marks, carrying out compression molding, and sintering to obtain the gradient functional material. According to the brand-new preparation method of the gradient functional material, continuous production can be carried out on one tape casting production line by preparing multiple kinds of slurry and adjusting the flow of the slurry, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种流延成型梯度功能材料及制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、根据梯度功能材料的体系制备多种料浆,制备好的料浆进行真空脱泡;S2、根据所制备材料的成分梯度和流延速度,设定几个料浆随时间变化的流量周期函数,料浆通过流量控制器控制流速流入混合器混合,再由混合器进入流延机料盒;S3、流延机工作,流延过程中,一个流量变化周期所生产的流延片对应一块样品,每过一个周期,在流延片上进行标记;S4、根据标记将制备好的每个周期的流延片按顺序叠放,压制成型,烧结,即可得到梯度功能材料。本发明提出了一种全新的梯度功能材料制备方法,通过配制多种料浆,调节各料浆的流量,即可在一条流延生产线上进行连续生产,提高了生产效率。
