Boron nitride, yttrium oxide and aluminum titanate form a liquid phase in the sintering process, and rearrangement of silicon nitride particles is facilitated; meanwhile, titanium atoms in aluminum titanate are used as color centers, the valence state change of titanium elements in the sintering process enables the aluminum titanate to show pure black, and the color difference is small; boron nitride plays a lubricating and buffering role, decomposition expansion of aluminum titanate is effectively inhibited, and decomposition of aluminum titanate is slowly carried out, so that a sintered ceramic product is pure black and small in chromatic aberration, meanwhile, cracking of the ceramic product can be effectively avoided, the integrality of the ceramic product is good, and it is guaranteed that the performance of the ceramic product is basically not affected. And when the boron nitride sheet is matched with yttrium oxide, aluminum titanate and silicon nitride particles, a larger compatible space is provided, so that the black color of the sintered ceramic product is purer, and the color difference is further reduced.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷组合物、氮化硅陶瓷材料及其制备方法和氮化硅陶瓷制品的制备方法。本发明的氮化硼、氧化钇和钛酸铝在烧结过程中形成液相,有利于促进氮化硅颗粒重排;同时,以钛酸铝中的钛原子为颜色中心,在烧结过程中钛元素的价态变化使其显示出纯正的黑色,色差较小;氮化硼起到润滑和缓冲作用,有效抑制钛酸铝的分解膨胀,使钛酸铝的分解缓慢进行,从而使烧结后的陶瓷制品显纯正黑色,色差较小,同时还能有效避免陶瓷制品开裂,使得陶瓷制品的整体性较好,保证陶瓷制品的性能基本不受影响。并且本发明采用氮化硼片与氧化钇、钛酸铝和氮化硅颗粒之间匹配时,有更大的兼容空间,使烧结后制得的陶瓷制品的黑色更加纯正,色差进一步减小。
