The invention relates to silicon nitride ceramic slurry, a silicon nitride ceramic substrate and a preparation method thereof. The silicon nitride ceramic slurry is a water-based slurry system, a sintering aid, a dispersing agent, a coalescing agent and water with specific addition amounts are adopted, and an acrylic resin aqueous solution and a water-based acrylic emulsion with different molecular weights are reasonably matched and mixed to serve as a binder. The binder comprises an acrylic resin aqueous solution and a water-based acrylic emulsion according to a mass ratio of 1: (1-10), the mass-average molecular weight of a polymer in the acrylic resin aqueous solution is 2000-7000, the mass-average molecular weight of a polymer in the water-based acrylic emulsion is 8000-20000, the water-based tape casting slurry with high stability and good rheological property can be obtained, a green body can be well and stably formed, and the service life of the green body is prolonged. And during rubber discharging, at different temperature stages, the binder is gasified in stages and escapes from the green body, so that the defects of deformation, cracking and the like of the green body in the rubber discharging process are favorably reduced.
本发明涉及一种氮化硅陶瓷浆料、氮化硅陶瓷基板及其制备方法。上述氮化硅陶瓷浆料为水基浆料体系,采用特定添加量的烧结助剂、分散剂、成膜助剂和水,并且采用分子量不同的丙烯酸树脂水溶液和水性丙烯酸乳液合理搭配混合作为粘结剂,具体地,粘结剂包括质量比为1∶(1‑10)的丙烯酸树脂水溶液和水性丙烯酸乳液,丙烯酸树脂水溶液中聚合物的质均分子量为2000‑7000,水性丙烯酸乳液中聚合物的质均分子量为8000‑20000,能够获得稳定性高、流变性好的水基流延浆料,使生坯良好稳定地成型,并且在排胶时,在不同温度阶段下,粘结剂分阶段气化而从生坯中逸出,有利于减少坯体在排胶过程中的变形和开裂等缺陷。
