The sleeve follow-up pre-stressed anchor cable construction method comprises the steps that a spiral drilling machine with a sleeve follow-up function is adopted; inclined drilling is conducted through a drill rod of the spiral drilling machine; when drilling is conducted, the casing pipe extends into a drilled hole way, so that the casing pipe follows up to the boundary of the rock stratum geology and stops following up, and drilling continues to be conducted in the rock stratum geology only through a drill rod of the spiral drilling machine; only the drill rod continuously drills into the stratum geology by a certain depth and then the hole is cleaned to form an anchor hole; pre-stressed anchor cable steel strands are constructed in the anchor holes; first grouting construction is conducted in the anchor hole through the grouting pipe; second-time high-pressure grouting is conducted on the bottom of the whole grouting body according to the design range after initial setting of first-time grouting, the casing pipe is pulled out while grouting is conducted during second-time high-pressure grouting, and after the casing pipe is completely pulled out, grouting is stopped after the pressure of second-time high-pressure grouting reaches the design value; and after the grouting body non-rock stratum section and the grouting body rock stratum section reach the strength, the pre-stressed anchor cable is formed. The anchoring force of the end of the anchor cable can be improved.
本发明公开一种提高端部锚固力的套管跟进预应力锚索施工方法,包括:采用带有套管跟进的螺旋钻机;通过螺旋钻机的钻杆倾斜钻孔;在钻孔的同时将套管伸入至所钻孔道使套管跟进到岩层地质边界停止跟进,在岩层地质内仅通过螺旋钻机的钻杆继续钻孔;仅钻杆继续钻孔入岩层地质一定深度后清孔形成锚孔;在锚孔内施工预应力锚索钢绞线;通过注浆管在锚孔内进行第一次注浆施工;在第一次注浆初凝后在整根注浆体底部按设计范围内进行第二次高压注浆,在第二次高压注浆时一边注浆一边拔出套管,待套管全部拔出后,第二次高压注浆的压力达到设计值后停止注浆,待注浆体非岩层段和注浆体岩层段达到强度之后形成预应力锚索。本发明能够提高锚索端部的锚固力。
