The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a cement-based wall body layer in a target soft soil area; before the cement-based wall body layer is finally set, the waterproof blankets are sequentially vibrated into the cement-based wall body layer through vibration equipment; sealing blocking agents are poured into the lap joint positions of the adjacent waterproof blankets, the ends, exposed out of the cement-based wall body layer, of the waterproof blankets are fixed, and after the cement-based wall body layer is cured, the composite blocking wall is obtained. According to the composite barrier wall obtained in this way, the practical engineering problems that an existing cement-based wall is single and poor in anti-seepage performance, and the anti-seepage performance fails due to deformation and cracking are solved, and the overall anti-seepage performance of the wall is improved.
