The invention relates to a water supply and drainage well switching structure which comprises a base, a first insertion ring and a second insertion ring. The adapter seat is arranged at the top of the base, a first clamping groove is formed in the bottom of the adapter seat corresponding to the first inserting ring, a second clamping groove is formed in the top of the adapter seat, and the side part of the adapter seat is connected with an adapter pipe connected with a drainage pipe; the cover body is arranged at the top of the adapter, and a second inserting ring matched with the second clamping groove is formed at the bottom of the cover body; by rotating the adapter seat, the adapter pipe corresponds to the drainage pipe, then the first insertion ring is clamped in the first clamping groove, and the second insertion ring is clamped in the second clamping groove, so that the base, the adapter seat and the cover body are connected into a whole. The problem that the adapter pipe is difficult to adjust is effectively solved, the adapter pipe can be adjusted after the drainage well is installed, the adapter pipe corresponds to the drainage pipe, fixed cement does not need to be chiseled away, construction is convenient and fast, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
