The invention discloses a method for preparing a cement iron correction material by using a fly ash magnetic separation process, belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of industrial wastes, solves the problem of high cost of a cement iron material on one hand, provides a new method for comprehensive utilization of fly ash on the other hand, and develops a new utilization way for solid waste resources. The solution is as follows: a proper slurry concentration is determined by adopting wet selection; two stages of magnetic separation are designed, iron powder in the fly ash is enriched in the first stage, and the enriched iron powder is finely selected in the second stage; and the grinding time is controlled to be determined, and after the first-stage magnetic separation is finished, the iron powder is subjected to wet grinding, so that impurities such as quartz and mullite can be effectively removed. The high-quality cement iron correction material is produced from the fly ash, the TFe grade can reach 25%-30%, the cement iron correction material is an ideal iron correction material for cement, and compared with traditional iron correction materials using iron ore powder, steel slag and the like, the cement iron correction material has the advantages of being high in grade, few in impurities, high in stability, low in cost and the like.
